4 Easy Ways to Feeling Good Again
Why did I become gluten intolerant?
That was the question that started me on a journey of ACTUALLY taking care of myself.  The Doctors could not help me; I wasn’t sick enough.  The Doctor's time is limited in a day so they have to examine , diagnose, and treat the very sick.  They needed my test results to get worse before they could help.  The words were, “you are in range but on the low side”.
Sound familiar?

I decide not to wait to get sicker - I took action - you can too!  Read on to the end to get the bonus info on stress and the immune system.
The old saying is, “you are what you eat”.

The problem NOW is that we really don’t know what we are eating.  And we don’t ask questions - do we want to know the answer?  What action steps are we then supposed to do?  Why is the broccoli always so fresh at the store? Having a good reliable and trusted way to wash our fruits and veggies is a great START.  Removing all the yuck that we don’t even know if there is a great first step.

Water - you knew I was going to say it!

But, I want you to think about where it came from and what container you are using?

IS the water it treated?  What goes into the process of treating water?

The choice is yours - filtered or treated?

Why did I ask about the container?  Plastics breakdown and become part of the water  - do you want to drink chemicals of plastic? Drinking out of a metal or glass container much healthier!  Look at a water filtration system for drinking and cooking.

Open your window - the air is fresher out there

Indoor air pollution is generally a higher risk than being outside.  A couple of easy steps are to have a HEPA filter installed, open your windows when you can, and have a diffuser (with true botanical essential oils). Homes and offices are so air tight and then add heavy duty cleaners being used; the chemicals dissipate into the air.

So much yuck and we don't even know it.  Small steps to cleaner air makes a huge difference.

Read your labels - not just for food anymore

What products do we use everyday on our bodies; absorbed by our skin?  There are some ingredients you need to stay away from completely!  Parabens and phthalates mimic the hormone estrogen - how are your hormones?  There are foaming agents that are carcinogenic and labeled sodium laureth sulfate. Don't even get me started with perfume!

Don’t freak out and throw everything away!
Be smarter, know more, and start with ONE product and switch it out.

I have some great tips and tricks that can help.

Bonus: Is trying to reduce stress stressing you out?

I have 2 tips to make it easy for you.

#1 self care - DAILY - find your one thing. I just figured out that doing puzzles are calming for me - even just 20 minutes after work I feel the stresses of the day melting away.
#2 more antioxidants - of course I have a super juice for that.

But did you know that stress and the immune system are related?  Increase of stress increases inflammation - inflammation triggers the immune system to work harder.
Ever have a runny nose that just wouldn’t go away - your systems are overworked.  The immune system and antioxidants will reduce the free radicals in your body - which reduces inflammation - which will reduce stress levels.

Take action and put your health in your own hands. It is one step at a time.
I read a lot! And always asking the question “but why?” Then I would then go find the that answer; it all came down to what goes in and on my body and managing my emotions.
I can share with you my journey to wellness.
